Nvidia Broadcast Features Coming to Corsair iCue and Elgato Software

New versions of Corsair iCue and Elgato software are now available that include new Nvidia Broadcast features, which means that if you have compatible peripherals and a GeForce RTX GPU, you will now be able to access some AI enhancements. While these technologies primarily focus on boosting the quality of your streaming setup, they can also be useful in other applications such as Discord, Zoom, etc.

Corsair iCue and Elgato Wave Link now feature Nvidia Broadcast Noise Cancellation, which aims to give the best gaming headsets and microphones noise canceling capabilities by removing unwanted ambient noise. Meanwhile, Elgato Camera Hub has acquired a new “AI Background” feature, allowing you to apply blur effects as well as custom backgrounds to supported webcams.

You will, of course, need to update Corsair iCue and any Elgato software you have installed on your gaming PC to access these features. This can be done from the apps themselves, but we’ve provided links below to download pages:

We hope that Nvidia Brodcast will eventually find its way into other peripheral software like Razer Synapse or Logitech G Hub, especially since both companies produce some of the best webcams on the market. Even better, we’d like to see competing solutions come from AMD and Intel, making the race for the best graphics card even more exciting for us potential buyers.
